J F B McLendon as administrator of J W Harris deceased has petitioned for leave to sell the real and personal property of the estate. An order was made at the December Term 1924 and citation issued. He will pass open the application at the January Term 1925 of the Court of Ordinary of Sumter County unless cause is shown to the contrary. This 8th day of December, 1924.
