Police in Columbus say the mystery patient at City hospital is positively identified as Miss Many Smith, 37, of Dansville New York. Her mother and several sisters are named, with a telegram from Mrs White confirming the plan to bring Mary Smith home. Continued on Page Two.

Delayed Consideration of Protocol by League of Nations

Former Supreme Court Justice Pitney Dies

Former Justice Mahlon Pitney of the United States Supreme Court died early today in Washington after a long illness. He retired from the bench after enduring illness and suffered a second stroke in August 1922, ending his public service.
