Paris dispatch reports Germany will sign the protocol presented by the Allies to move the peace treaty into effect. Baron von Leisner, leader of the German delegation, informed conference officials that Germany has made a decision. Mexico City December 2. The Mexican Senate, at a secret session, entrusts the solution of international differences with the United States to President Carranza without legislative intrusion. Relations with the United States continue to be addressed by executive action.

He said heat and lights from coal should be conserved, not closing businesses, but no gas, coal or electric lights before 9 am or after closing hours. He allowed wood for heating and non electric illumination, and noted safety lighting at night. The meeting urged mayor and aldermen to enact laws to enforce the fuel orders.
Funeral services for Dr Janes Edward Prather who died Monday were held today at his Barlow Street home with Lee Street Methodist pastor Johnson officiating. Burial followed in Oak Grove cemetery. Survived by widow Ruth Kendrick two daughters Hazel and Mrs W C Randolph and brother Dr W S Prather all of Americus. Prather came to Americus in 1904 and ran a drug business until retirement. He was 48 years old.
