Zamboanga Occupied by American Forces and Rebel Dissolution

Report from Manila states the town of Zamboanga in Mindanao was occupied by Commander Very of the US gunboat Castine. Local rebellion leaders Alvares and Calixto were displaced, Midel established a new American aligned government, and Datto Mandi's forces arrived briefly before withdrawing.
