West Virginia and Washington dispatches report a Chesapeake and Ohio F. P. V. express was derailed near Ravensworth Virginia by wreckers. Only baggage master E. S. Coffman was slightly injured as the engine, mail car, express car and one baggage truck were derailed. Trains were delayed for hours while detectives investigated the sabotage.
