Macon April 8 Judge Speer ruled the old contract between Central of Georgia and its engineers remains in force until a court-made settlement with limited changes. He called clause 12 of the engineers by laws a barrier to trade and urged court hearings for disputes. The Brotherhoods plans remain undecided while a strike is not expected soon.
