A 13 year old junior high student was beaten by a gang of five in Shamrock and dumped on North Main Street. His two companions, Richard Payne and Lee Harrison, were forced to flee and later released. The victim remained unconscious for hours and suffered a fractured nose, multiple tooth injuries, and facial wounds.
