FBI Leads Search For Bank Bandit In Four States
The FBI took command of a four state manhunt after a bank robbery killed three and wounded four. The suspect, about 35, tall and 170 pounds, was sighted fleeing through the Nebraska Colorado Kansas and Wyoming border country near the South Platte River. Otto Mauser described the gunman as wearing a blue suit with a briefcase. Surviving victim Franklin Kjeldgaard 25 was in fair condition in Denver. Autopsies were held in Julesburg Colorado.
