Train hits car in plunge off cliff near Corning

Fort Worth reports Hub Stanley formerly of Amarillo brought back to face murder charge in the torch slaying of Roy Hawthorne on July 2. Sheriff Wright and Assistant D A Walter Morris supervised the transfer from Van Buren Arkansas where Stanley and Hugh J D Butler were tied to a September 9 bank robbery in Alma Arkansas.
