Huntington N Y September 22 District Attorney Alexander Blue announced two suspects in the buccaneer like murder of Benjamin P Collins had been arrested at Wilmington Delaware Blue refused to give their names or the circumstances of their arrest He said Mrs Colings description of the two Long Island Sound pirates who boarded her husbands cabin cruiser as it lay anchored at midnight and threw him overboard was being forwarded to Wilmington Meanwhile two assistant prosecutors were in Stamford Conn preparing to question Mrs Colings again.
Three aviators Willy Rody Christian Johanssen and Fernando Costa Veiga stranded for 158 hours after their plane Esa wreckage drifted near Newfoundland were picked up by the Norwe gian American liner Belmeira off Cape Race and will reach New York Friday. Costa Veiga injured a leg while the others were exhausted but in good condition. The flight failed due to engine trouble about 30 minutes after signaling the Pennland a week earlier.
Nearly 2,000 National Guard troops rushed to Cedar County Iowa after 200 farmers clashed with 65 sheriffs deputies and two veterinarians enforcing the bovine tuberculin test law. Dr. J. R. Brinkley files a $5 million libel suit in Geary County Kansas alleging 25 defamatory Star articles. Co defendants include Junction City Daily Union publisher Harry E. Montgomery and Star distributors J C Wise L M Paulson plus Star reporter A B Macdonald. Case cites alleged conspiracy with medical groups to disbar Brinkley and revoke KFKB radio license.

Earl Quinn faced murder charges for the slayings of Blackwell teachers Zexia and Jessie Griffith. The trial opened in Kay County's new gray stone courthouse with attorney James Mathers filing a motion to disqualify the judge and special prosecutor W. C. Wlecks, creating a possible delay.
Gov. W. H. Murray of Oklahoma said arrangements for opening flush oil wells under proration tomorrow in Oklahoma are complete. He noted military rule would prevail when the wells are opened and defended prior reports of a Wednesday opening.
