The Ernie Young revue opens at 8 p m with music and beauty in front of the grand stand. A ten piece orchestra plays near the main gates and Lachman Carson Midway offers shows and rides. San Diego reports Leo the stunt lion aboard pilot Martin Jensen on a nonstop attempt from Camp Kearney to New York. Jensen, second in the Dole race to Hawaii, plans to pass Amarillo tonight and proceed via Phoenix Globe Albuquerque Santa Fe Las Vegas Dalhart to Wichita St Louis and Chicago. Local stations will broadcast his progress, using the Aloha plane.

Mrs Jeannette T Aldrich widow of Sherwood Aldrich former vice president of Nevada Consolidated Copper filed suit to break his will. The will left the bulk of a million dollar estate to his nurse Ethel M Sears of New York City. The action was filed in New York with Standard Associated Press notes and printing firm credit line.
