Prohibition agents raided a four story New Orleans distilling plant with over 80 vats and capacity above 2000 gallons weekly. Several thousand gallons of raw alcohol were seized. Five men were detained including operator J B Kessler a bookkeeper and three others. The raid described as the largest in the city’s history.
