The second victim of a highway wreck east of here last night was identified as M. L Wilson of Darhart. Albert C Womiche of 308 North Mirror was killed in the crash when their car collided with a truck driven by Owell Byrd of Wellington who was uninjured. Wilson died in an ambulance en route to the hospital. Womiche survived by his wife, mother, three daughters, a son, a sister, and four brothers with funeral plans set for tomorrow at Blackburn-Shaw Chapel. The two men died in Memorial Park Cemetery. He says four or five movie magnates wield propaganda power and cites films that have driven Americans to fear Hitler. Nye testifies under oath as Clark presides over the hearing on propaganda.

Amarillo College will offer a specialized two course program to qualify students for enlistment as flying cadets in the United States Army Air Corps. One course prepares for the mental exam for high school graduates, the other for admission without examination. Capt. Houston report quotes Dr. B M Lister, chairman of the Texas prison board, advocating sterilization of a defined group of prisoners to protect future generations. He cites a plan for identifying who to sterilize and says criminally insane and repeat offenders should be sterilized, noting the need for state laws.
The Maverick Club begins its football season with two divisions for boys under 80 pounds and 80 to 115 pounds. About 40 boys have reported for practice and 40 more are expected. Equipment is being issued and scrimmage started today. all interested youths are invited to join.
