In Potter County at Municipal Auditorium, about 70 men aged 23 and 24 registered in two hours. Roy Cullivan, draft board chairman, said Thursday will be a heavy day with further groups to register for birth years 1924 to 1929 on designated dates. Many registrants are former servicemen, with most planning to pursue schooling this fall.
