Gunshot Victim Found At Funeral Home Wall in Amarillo
Bennie Herbert Crawford a 26 year old man died from a gunshot wound found beside Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home at 202 East Ninth in Amarillo Texas Rangers police and a coroner investigated. A 44 40 Colt revolver with unfired bullets and an empty cartridge case were found near the scene. Crawford who lived at 507 Lincoln worked at the US Veterans Hospital and was unmarried.
