Sticky buns recipe notes butter and pecans
A simple muffin style sticky bun method uses half a tablespoon of soft butter or margarine, half a tablespoon of brown sugar, and two or three pecan halves in each muffin cup. Fill cups two thirds full with batter and bake as usual.
Rummage Sale Plans Reported by Burlington Veterans Ladies
Mrs Josh Kelley hosted Burlington Veterans Ladies Association for a Monday meeting at 2041 Hughes. They planned a rummage sale for Nov 26 and a Nov 10 covered dish luncheon at the YWCA. Winners included W K Robinson for bridge, W P Henry for 42, Effie Roof for canasta. Reunion set for Oct 26-27 in City Mo with Amarillo attendees listed. Next meeting scheduled Nov 26 at 2 pm at Mrs Jim Harmon's home.
