Kidnaping Suspect Nabbed After Spiteful Plot

Harvey Ferguson, 21, former convict, kidnapped Mrs. G Ennis Tittle, wife of the Franklin County sheriff, forcing her into a car near Winfield. He held her for 24 hours,ロ escorted her to the jail floor, stole more than 100 dollars, and threatened a telephone operator before police closed in. Mrs Tittle recovered in fatigued and shock. Ferguson was apprehended after a manhunt spanning Dallas Denton and Hugo Okla with sheriff Tittle noting prior arrests.
