Many live at home and repay loans, while engaging in recreation, self improvement, and health programs at the Kittredge Club.

Pupils from Dana Thomas Harmon Studios furnished programs for a beauty operators convention at the Crystal Ballroom Her ring Hotel. Tuesday featured Claudia Mae Hughes and several dances. Wednesday included LaNelle Ekelund and a long list of solo and group performances. A San Jacinto Methodist Church junior department plans a Hallowe en party Friday at 7 30 in the church basement for members only.
Dean J. Mead of Amarillo College was the principal speaker at the Bivins Parent Teacher Association meeting held Tuesday afternoon at the school. An entertainment feature included a dramatic reading by Miss Jonnie Louise Gilkerson. The group voted to hold an evening meeting next month.
The West Amarillo Baptist Church WMS met at Mrs. L. Quinn's home on Polk Street. The group approved cooperation with the WCTU and held a business session before lunch. Mrs. Read opened with a devotional on Be Strong and discussed Enemies of the Cross of Jesus Christ from several angles including The Enemy With the Sword and Our Weapons.
