Strangers on a Train shown at the theater tonight
A loud theater ad and mixed notices promote Alfred Hitchcock's Strangers on a Train with praise for Robert Walker and Joan Fontaine. Also touts a Foxworth-Gal promotion, St Joseph Aspirin for Children ads, and a long list of local personalities and readers suggesting a reading in Blair Cherry's tale in Saturday Evening Post. It concludes with a corn department quip about famous last words.
