Mexican Bandits Kidnap U S Mine Head Seeks Ransom

Aged Citizen Duncan Dies Suddenly at 68 in Amarillo

M R Duncan aged 68, a veteran traveling man, died suddenly this morning while preparing to work at the Finklea Electric company in Amarillo. He collapsed at the store and died within an hour. He had a history of heart attacks and was survived by his mother, four sisters, two brothers, and several in Amarillo. The body was sent to Fort Worth for burial. He was a Baptist, Mason, and member of Ben Hur and U C T. His home address was 807 Monroe.

In Jenkins Kentucky a mob of over 200 men fatally harms Leonard Woods after his arrest in the death of Hershell Deaton a mine foreman. Farmer dead after battle at rum still near Glen Rose
