Foreign Vets Sign Merchants for Christmas Decoration Drive
Veterans of Foreign Wars committees canvassed merchants and businessmen to back a citywide Christmas decoration campaign. Archways and other decorations will adorn Polk Street between Third and Tenth, part of a coordinated effort by the Federation of Women’s Clubs the chamber of commerce and The Globe News.
