Gettysburg Pa May 31 A $60 000 bronze urn memorial named Eternal Light Peace Memorial was completed to burn a perpetual flame in memory of Civil War soldiers. President Roosevelt will dedicate it July 3 during the 75th anniversary observance with Blue and Gray survivors present. The flame will be lit and visible for 20 miles.
