Lefors Man Is Dead in Crash
Lefors resident Joe Manson aged 46 was killed when his car rear ended an oil truck on the McLean Highway eight miles south of Lefors. His son Tommy and another youth Harwell Hall were seriously injured. Funeral services will be held tomorrow in Lefors and the body sent to Yukon Oklahoma for burial.

Funeral director N E Griggs announced the identification from papers found in Wheeler and by Homer Pitcock of Wheeler, who traveled to Amarillo after reading news of the death in the Sunday News Globe. Relatives in Selma and Jasper, Alabama, have been contacted.
