Tri-State Fair Grounds Progressing At Pace

A visitor likens the site to Ringling Bros. circus as progress continues. The agricultural building rises 48 by 260 feet in white stucco with a red roof and four arch entrances, while work on water supply digs toward 300 feet. Twenty five scrapers work the race track and a six foot banked turn. A five foot mesh fence with five barbed wires tops it, concrete corner posts are set. Streets nearly graded and 360 trees planted.
