The play Louder Please a comedy of a press agent’s trials is presented tonight at 8 o'clock in the Municipal Auditorium by the Amarillo Little Theater. The three act farce unfolds in the publicity department of Criterion Pictures in Hollywood.

United Press reports rivers and creeks in Central Texas overflow after heavy weekend rain. The Trinity River at Dallas stood 37 feet while Buffalo Bayou rose seven and a half feet above normal. Brazos River levels were seven feet above normal at Valley Junction and 28 feet at Richmond. Cuero saw the Guadalupe River widen to over a mile and flood more than 4,000 acres.
