Harbert Davenport argued over whether the article High Handed and Hell Bent libels Creager on its face or by innuendo and if damages must be pleaded. Burglars Care For Babe Before Robbing Home

Two burglars met Mrs. Solovy with pistols in Chicago and escorted her into the apartment. They bound her, took the baby, then freed her to feed the infant milk from the ice box under the mother's directions. They then stole jewelry valued at $1200 and fled.

News Story Saves Brock Youth From Pauper's Grave Here

A coincidence saved Loney Brock a 17 year old from a pauper's grave after his death in St. Anthony's Hospital. George Brock and family traveled from Graham to Amarillo for funeral rites at Boxwell Brothers chapel with Rev. Clark Buckner officiating. Burial followed at Llano Cemetery. Loney survived by a sister in Long Beach and five brothers in California and Texas.
