Over 1,000 numbers issued yesterday and the crowd again grows. many lacked proper papers. Amarillo High ROTC Inspection Shifted to Tuesday

The Amarillo High School ROTC unit will hold its annual inspection Tuesday April 7 instead of Wednesday April 8. Reeves Donnell announced after a long distance call between Superintendent Charles M. Rogers and Col. E A Keyes of the Eighth Corps San Antonio. The parade falls on Army Day Monday with the unit to participate and all cadets must report in full uniform at 9 30 Monday morning. Chinese Charge Japs Start Germ Warfare

A Chinese government spokesman accused Japan of starting germ warfare and said full information would be sent to the United Nations.
