Growth in Amarillo resumes after a Pearl Harbor pause as March permits show a surge with 33 home permits and total construction value of 184 410. New filings include a 6000 warehouse for Doty Packing at 107 Harrison Street and a 5000 five room frame house for P C Cayton at 105 Wayside.
