Belle Brockebrough of La Fayette Indiana heads the pageant as queen with Josephine Kluttz of Salisbury North Carolina as maid of honor, Elizabeth Lee Valentine of Richmond Virginia as scepter bearer, and Mary Marshall of Leakesville North Carolina as garland bearer.
