Head of City Parks Can Aid With Outings
Park superintendent Mark Miles says city parks can better serve special outings with prior planning. Organizers should contact the park office in Municipal Auditorium a day ahead and specify the spot to use. Parks will avoid watering that area and extra trash cans can be placed. The area south of Thompson Pool in Thompson Park won’t be available to the public until midsummer. Photographic Week proclaims April 4-10 to promote better relationships among photographers.
