Slain On Farm Near Gary Three Men Found Dead
Gary Indiana March 15 three men were found shot to death on a farm near East Gary. A farm worker Lon Daugherty the town marshal described the scene and said a man AGainovich was too drunk to talk. The dead include Paul Shuman about 55 his nephew Ignace GerasheneK about 60 and a farmhand unnamed. A shotgun was not found but a .22 caliber rifle lay near Shuman. Fisher said son-in-law Saganovich flagged down the marshal and was intoxicated. The incident details depict a grim farm killing with unresolved questions about weapons and motive.
