Borger Texas March 8 Special to The Globe district attorney John A Holmes says if Whitey Walker is not convicted in Colorado for the Lamar bank robbery and deputy killings he will be brought to Borger to stand trial for the April 1 1927 slayings of deputies Almer Terry and Pat Kenyon. Walker was captured in Buffalo New York after a yearlong pursuit following his Hutchinson county courtroom escape in December 1927.
