The third Civic Music concert, moved from March 8 to next Monday, features Lone Star state baritone Mack Harrell, a Metropolitan Opera soloist, presented by the Panhandle Civic Music Association. Army officers and families pay 1.65 for single admission at the Amarillo High School event.
