Boy Hurt In Tumble From Car
A five year old boy fell from a speeding automobile about 20 miles south of Dumas Friday morning and lived to continue the journey. David Milligan son of Mrs. Melvin Milligan of Denver and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Earl D. Moore of Amarillo sustained a scalp wound when the door blew open. The Moore car was traveling at 60 miles per hour and the child was thrown to the pavement but remained conscious and received emergency treatment at a Dumas physician's office. Four Hurt In Wreck Near Canyon
A Friday morning car pickup collision a mile west of Canyon injured four people. Albert J. Seymore, about 49, of Canyon, suffered serious injuries and remained in Nebrett Hospital. Wayne Phillips and John Estes, both about 22 from Hereford, were released after treatment. Vaughn George Dosler, about 49, of Canyon, had a fractured pelvis. All injured were treated around a clock on the Canyon Hereford Highway.
