Vote On Take And Revenue Bill Tonight
United Press reports in Austin that the House committee on revenue and taxation will vote tonight on Governor Moody’s proposed state income tax. Speakers including G H Zimmerman and H M Garwood argued until 11:50 p m. Moody and Senator Edgar Witt will speak for the bill before the vote.

Youth Hurt In Bicycle Car Crash In Amarillo
Orris Miller fourteen son of Mr and Mrs J Miller 1110 North Johnson Street sustained a broken leg and cuts in a collision on the Panhandle Highway when a car driven by G A Craig of the East Amarillo Filling Station passed him. He was taken to St Anthonys Hospital with hopes skull fracture was unlikely. Craig said he sounded his horn but the boy darted into the path of the auto. Police were notified.
