Auto Rammed Driver Killed West of Boise City
In Boise City Oklahoma on June 15 Mac Baxter a 30 year old farm hand was killed instantly when his car was rammed by Henry Dacy driving a second car. Baxter was hurled 30 feet and died after collision with Dacy’s vehicle which burst into flames. Ed Davidson Cimarron County commissioner rescued Dacy from the burning car. Coroner ruled accidental death. Baxter’s parents live in Protection Kansas.
