Zeitun Loses Will Claim In Davies Estate Fight
Capt Harry Leilo Zeitun English soldier of fortune failed to obtain the 1 000 000 estate of Mrs Julia Woods Davies. A circuit court jury voided the London drawn will dated May 8 1922 naming Zeitun a chief beneficiary. Davies fourth husband St Louis opera singer George Westlam Davies and two daughters challenged the will saying it was drawn while Davies was under drug influence and improperly coerced by Zeitun. Zeitun's lawyers plan a retrial.
