He is held aboard the Admiral Benson near San Francisco and will be returned to Los Angeles for trial. The victim's body was found in an apartment with a brick blow to the head and injuries, a scarf wrapped around the neck.

Man Injured as Car Crashes into Building Near Amarillo

Bob Townley, a youth from rural route No 1 east of Amarillo, sustained severe bruises and internal injuries when his car left the Panhandle highway and crashed into a brick building housing a grocery store near Grey Court cottage camp.
