A 52 year old farm hand surrendered to sheriff officials and is jailed for investigation in the shotgun slaying of H R Bob Springer a Dallas windshield glass manufacturer. Springer was killed last night at his country home west of Addison by two blasts. The man had been discharged three days earlier and threatened two neighbors.
