Man Sues Denver Line for 45000 After Loss of Both Legs
A. W. Armitage, Construction engineer, seeks 45000 in district court from Fort Worth and Denver railway. He lost both legs when a passenger train while at the local station on March 21 derailed him after becoming entangled with a water hose. His family depends on him and he was earning 250 monthly with an expected 23 more years of life.
