Three Negroes Face Charges of Murder
Sheriff Cleve Bates said three of four men in Snook Burleson County have been charged with murder in the fatal stabbing of Deputy Constable Walter Sebasta and the wounding of Constable Robert Vaydak. Sebasta died at the cafe scene. Vaydak was hospitalized after the attack following a disturbance early Sunday. A fourth man at large also faces murder charges.
