Texas voters in Potter County may cast a free vote Saturday if they meet residency and age rules. Eligible include longtime residents, those age 21 since January 1 1933, and seniors aged 60 before 1933 who claim exemptions at polls or the tax collector. Transfers from other counties required six months in county with transfers finished Monday.
