Man Sought in Dallas Passport Check Theft Case

Amarillo and Potter County officers aided Dallas police in locating a man who allegedly raised a government check from $13 to $1,287 and cashed the forged instrument at the Dallas post office. Officials called it the biggest check raising job they had on record.
