Plan to Change Management of Oil Reserves
Washington, July 15. Secretary Wilbur and Secretary Work announce plans to place all naval oil reserves under navy control rather than interior. The move follows the Coolidge executive order returning reserves to the navy after the oil investigations and suits. Three California leases from 1920 remain to be transferred later by bill.
