Charges Due in Death Case In Shamrock Shooting
In Shamrock Texas the fatal shooting of Dr. W W Guyton an 82 year old retired physician occurred at a filling station. A relative who witnesses say fired three shots is held in jail at Wheeler and county attorney Clyde Fillmore said charges would probably be filed today. The shooting stemmed from a long standing quarrel. Operator J C Czek said he foresaw trouble from the meeting and fled inside before the shots. Dr Guyton was a pioneer physician who retired a decade ago.

Fall case postponed in DC Supreme Court
After a long conference with attorneys Justice Bailey in the District of Columbia Supreme Court postponed action in Albert B. Fall’s case until tomorrow.
