Forest Ferguson head of the defunct Ferguson M Kinney company faces two felonies for obtaining money by false pretenses in a $9 5 million collapse. Circuit Attorney Howard Sidener and A Samuel Bender are indicted for compounding a felony in the Rutherford murder case to fix a legal technicality. The Rutherford case involved a former army reserve officer from Pine Bluff Ark who killed a hotel boy last October 10 and paid a $600 fine.
