Canyon Texas January 31 special to The Globe says the contract for grading the first eight mile section of the highway between Canyon and Amarillo will be set at the February Randall County commissioners court meeting. The route includes two heavy grades two bridges and a viaduct under the Santa Fe railroad. The second section is expected to be approved at the highway commission meeting in February.
