MULESHOE, Jan. 27 A man found partially cremated in a burr burner at Copely Gin has been identified as Aaron A. Turner 57. Sheriff Hugh Freeman said the coroner found death by suffocation with no evidence of violence or foul play. Turner, who surfaced in the region occasionally, matched earlier descriptions by health authorities.

Herbert E. Pete Kinkeard a 66-year-old veteran public official was found dead this morning in the rear garage at his home 2506 Harrison. A hook-bladed knife lay near the body and a Justice of the Peace ruled death by his own action. Deputy Tax Collector Mike Thomas learned of the absence from the tax office and Mrs. Kinkead later found the body. The home is a white frame structure with the garage at the rear.
