This Little Pig Returned Home Safe From City Chase
In New Ulm Minnesota on January 17 a 50 pound pig owned by farmer Frank Reinhart escaped after an animal doctor visit. Police and residents chased the pig through streets and yards until two boys and nearby workers brought it to a butcher but Reinhart arrived just in time to reclaim his animal. The pig, likely to become sausage later, stays a pig for now.
