Amarillo police investigate the stabbing of Mrs. George Johnson at the Lewis Hotel. The patient, at St. Anthony's hospital, sustains severe wounds including a possible punctured lung. A woman reported to headquarters is to be questioned.

Picture Equipment At Amarillo High School

The Amarillo High School will receive new portable sound motion picture equipment purchased by the student body. Principal R B Norman says the equipment is the finest available and will be used shortly. A beaded screen is ordered for the auditorium and a portable screen for classrooms.
